The essentials, clearly explained

Terms of service

What to expect when you create, color, save, or share a page with ColorLime.

Using Colorlime

Colorlime lets you turn written ideas or uploaded photos into coloring pages, organize your creations, color them, and save or share finished work. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms should be read alongside our privacy policy, which explains how information is handled.

Accounts and age

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Colorlime. Adults may create and print coloring pages for children to use offline.

Plans, credits, and billing

The free plan currently allows five generations each month. Paid plans provide a monthly credit allowance and other features. A completed generation generally uses one credit. The available plans, current prices, credit amounts, and rollover limits are shown on the pricing page and in your account.

Paid subscriptions renew on the monthly or annual billing cycle selected at checkout unless canceled. The checkout should show the price, applicable taxes, billing period, and renewal terms before you confirm payment.

Unused credits may reset or roll over depending on the plan and its limits. If a paid cycle ends without a successful renewal payment, a grace period may apply before remaining paid credits expire. Your account displays your current balance and plan details. Credit rules should be confirmed against the final billing policy before launch.

Your content and artwork

You are responsible for prompts and photos you submit. Only upload material you have the right to use, and do not submit another person’s private information without appropriate permission. Before using a person’s likeness to generate an image, you must obtain that person’s explicit consent and any other permission required by law. You allow Colorlime and its generation providers to process that material to provide the features you request.

Generated images may resemble existing work or outputs created by others. We cannot promise that a generated page is unique or that every use of it is free of third party rights. Check the rights needed for your intended use.

Free, Starter, and Hobby plans are for personal and noncommercial use. You may print and share your pages for personal, family, or noncommercial educational use, but may not sell them or use them for business purposes.

Artists and Business plans include a worldwide, nonexclusive permission to use eligible pages generated while your commercial plan is active for personal and commercial purposes. You may sell individual digital coloring pages, coloring books, and physical products containing those pages, and use them in marketing or client projects. You may give a client permission to use a delivered page for the agreed project, but you may not promise the client exclusive rights from Colorlime.

This permission continues for eligible pages after your commercial subscription ends, subject to these terms and applicable third party rights. Pages generated later on a personal plan do not gain commercial permission merely because you previously held a commercial plan.

A page appearing in the public gallery or through a share link is visible to others, but that visibility alone does not give other people permission to sell or reuse it. This permission does not include the Colorlime name, logo, website illustrations, or software.

These permissions are subject to applicable law and the rights of others. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third party rights. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and consents needed for your inputs and intended use.

Public pages and sharing

Pages made on a free account are public and watermarked. They may appear in the gallery and can be viewed by other people. Plans that offer privacy controls let you choose whether a generated page is public.

Publishing finished artwork creates a public, watermarked version that can be opened through a share link. Others may save or share public content outside Colorlime, so think carefully before publishing a personal photo or sensitive detail. Private pages cannot be shared through the public artwork link while they remain private.

Fair use of the service

Do not use Colorlime to create unlawful or abusive material, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate content, threats, hate content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or content checks, or interfere with other users.

We may remove content or restrict an account when needed to investigate or address misuse, protect people, or comply with law. The final enforcement, appeal, and notice procedures need operational review.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request cancellation through the subscription management options provided with your purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If cancellation fails, contact us for help.

If a generation fails after a credit was charged, the service is designed to return that credit. Refund and withdrawal requests are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

For payment, refund, product, or credit questions, email support@colorlime.com. See our refund policy for more details.

Service changes and availability

AI generated pages can contain mistakes or unexpected results. We may update features, models, pricing, or these terms as the service develops. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, and any final warranty or liability language must be reviewed for the laws that apply to you.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and explain how the change affects existing users. The notice method and lead time still need a business decision.
