Privacy policy

Colorlime is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Adults may create and print coloring pages for children to use offline. You give us account details and the ideas or photos you choose to use. We process those inputs to create coloring pages and keep your work available in your account.

Free account pages are public and watermarked. They can appear in the public gallery and may be visible through a shared link. If your plan offers private pages, you can choose whether a page is public when creating it. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in prompts, photos, or public artwork.

Account and sign in. Your email address, name, profile image if provided, password credentials or sign in identifier, and information needed to maintain your session.

Creative work. Prompts, uploaded source photos, generated images, coloring progress or finished artwork you save, folder names, and settings attached to your creations.

Billing and activity. Plan, credit usage, subscription and transaction records, including transaction identifiers and payment status. A payment provider may collect information needed to process an order, including contact, billing, tax, and payment information.

Technical information. Information such as IP address, browser and device details, cookies or similar storage, and service logs used to operate and protect the app.

We use this information to sign you in, generate and store pages, organize your folders, deliver the sharing features you choose, manage credits and payments, send service messages, troubleshoot problems, and protect the platform from abuse.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on providing the service you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or your consent for an optional activity. We must confirm the basis for each purpose and the applicable rules for your location before this notice is finalized.

Essential session cookies and local preferences help the app work. When you accept optional analytics, page visits and product actions are recorded using a visitor identifier, linked to your account after sign in. We exclude prompts, uploaded images, passwords, and payment details from these events. You can change your analytics choice here or clear cookies and local storage using your browser settings.

Prompts and uploaded images may be sent to an AI generation provider to make your coloring page. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, backups, sign in, email delivery, moderation, and error monitoring.

When paid purchases are available, payment providers may receive information needed to process payments, manage orders, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Public images and finished artwork you choose to publish can be viewed by other people, including anyone with a share link. A public page may also be indexed or saved outside Colorlime. Private pages are not intended for the public gallery.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service. Processing or storage may take place outside your country; the appropriate transfer protections must be confirmed for the final notice.

You can manage your account details, folders, and creations in the app. Depending on your location, you may also be able to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing.

To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email support@colorlime.com. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting obligations. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and protected connections. No online service can guarantee complete security.
